Ted is amazing. Helpful as heck. Friendly professional and tough. He's tiny but he managed to pull a 50 gallon tank up the stairs on his own. The work was done professionally and no mess left for me to clean up. He came out to help on Mother's Day. No extra off hour charges. I will NEVER call any other plumbing company again. Day and Knight are THE best hands down. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The toilet and bath in my condo were draining very slowly. Day & Knight came in and snaked the toilet the same day I called them! They cleaned out the lines and everything is operating very smoothly. It was a pleasant experience! Thank you!!

Both Technicians where very nice,they explained everything.
They where punktual and I liked that they wore shoe protectors.
The Technician showed me the problem with the furnace and fixed it right away,he recommended the cleaning and it was booked for the next day, Good Service.

Our main floor toilet was clogging at least twice a week, and my call to Ted put me at ease that it was most likely not our venting, and that it was the builder grade Eljer toilet that was there. Ted recommended the Toto taller toilet (as our older relatives were complaining that they felt like they were sitting on the floor when using the facilities). Ted installed the toilet quickly and professionally. This toilet is so powerful and efficient, if we accidentally drop a children's toy in there, one flush, and, it's good as a goner! Now that's what I call clog free! Thanks Ted for the recommendation and the high quality products you deal with!

Our old hot water tank failed during one of the coldest weeks of the year, and Ted was able to fit us in within two days when other plumbing companies in Calgary were booking a week or more out. Ted did great work and got the hot water up and running in no time. Day & Knight is now our go to plumber, and we really can't say enough good things about the superior customer service and excellent workmanship.

Over the Xmas break we had a leak under our sink. Ted was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Even though he was extremely busy, and had no appointments, he made the time to come and and was able to fix that problem and repair an additional pipe breakage that he saw. He was very kind and knowledgable.
