In spite of the fact we have plumbers in our family, I prefer going to Knight as family is not always available to help. Ted Knight works like a Trojan and has always come to us as quickly as he can to solve a plumbing issue. He is polite and always willing to make suggestions to make life easier for us. If anyone deserves kudos, in our opinion that would be Ted Knight. As well, his wife also deserves kudos for being welcoming and friendly on the phone. I believe most women who phone for help find her understanding and helpful. Thank you Knight Plumbing and Heating!

I would 100% recommend Day and Knight, they are by far the best company I've ever had the pleasure of receiving service from. Ted was superb right from the very first phone call. He's a super friendly guy and was completely honest and open about cost and how the entire process would work. Extremely impressed with the timely manner everything was installed and the price was fantastic and very reasonable. He made sure it was done right with checks and triple checks; no doubt in my mind that he knows exactly what he is doing. Thank you so much for everything, couldn't have asked for a better service. I have dealt with Day and Knight Plumbing twice before (replacement toilet and new hot water heater). Both previous interactions were fast and friendly. This time my bathtub faucet was leaking hot water. Ted from ay and Knight was able to fix it without any problems. Before setting up an appointment he made sure that he would have all the required parts available. The day of the appointment Ted was friendly and professional. The problem was resolved quickly and has not returned. I would recommend them to a friend, and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Water pipe failed in our ceiling, Day and Night plumbing came out and made the repairs. They also made suggestions that benefited us. They are truly interested in the customers best interest not in trying to maximize their profits.
Very reasonable timely service, recommend to all our friends.

Ted at Day and Knight responded to a call late in the evening, offered immediate advice and fitted me into his busy schedule the next day. He also offered options at various costs. I'll be using him again and am happy to recommend Day and Knight.

Ted has been to my home on a few occasions over the last three years to fix burst pipes, a wonky garburator, remove and replace faulty grey pipe in my basement, and install a new water softener. All in I would estimate total work done would be about $4000. His most recent visit was for a very minor problem to adjust the valve that regulates the water pressure in my home. It took him 10 minutes however Ted took time out of his busy day to accommodate me on a next day basis and as usual, arrived when promised. It was such a small job he was not even going to charge me had I not insisted on something which tells you something about this gentleman. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I have referred friends and co-workers. Once you give Day and Knight Plumbing a call, you will never use another plumber.

another company had been out said it was toilet and seal fixed toilet new toilet also cost 900 but next day still had leak knight came and located leak fixed half the price Daniel was great

Ted is amazing!! I needed two new toilets and he fit me right in, and finished in less time than quoted. I was super stressed about getting this done, and put it off for longer than i should have so it was wonderful to meet someone who knows so much and was super informative. It was comfortable to have him in the house. (a big deal for me). I'm almost looking forward to having plumbing issues in the future! thanks Ted! I'd give more stars than 10

This is the 2nd time we've had Daniel come. He was not only polite & courteous but very professional even when everything seemed to go sideways. He kept his cool and figured out the problem. I also found he had some really great suggestions on how to care for my appliances in the future. I'll definitely keep his card and will feel very confident calling him in the future for any other plumbing problems. Thanks Dan! You are appreciated.
