I believe I witnessed one aspect of why this company is so good. The more senior installer on my job was an excellent mentor/teacher to his younger associate. At the same time the younger man was wise enough and enthusiastic enough to realize he was learning the trade from a person who took pride in being a collegial as well as skillful role model. A high level team! This seems to be the recipe for ongoing quality by and success of this company!
