Beauty Saunas And Baths

We purchased the steam shower on-line and had an easy no-hassle experience. It was delivered on time and was packaged unbelievably well in cardboard and foam inside a wooden crate. I had no trouble assembling it after a brief call to Aaron for a few tips as to how to start the process in the correct order for my particular bathroom layout. It filled the space where the old tub was perfectly. I had no trouble completing the electrical and plumbing connections myself after another call to Aaron regarding "hard plumbing" the drain rather than using the supplied flexible hose. The steam unit works very well and heats up in 5 minutes or so. If I had to find one thing that is less than perfect, it would be the noise the steam generator makes. The "clunking" noise of the water solenoid filling the reservoir every minute or so can be heard pretty much throughout the house.

The delivery was on time and no issues there.
The instructions that come with the shower are not good at all. The video on line was more helpful. The shower had missing and broken parts. Which they are replacing with no issues. The holes for the panels do not line up that well and you may have to drill them to line up. The screws that come with the shower are supposed to be self tapping but they are not. I had a lot of trouble getting one door to line up. And some of the pieces are already showing signs of rust. The quality of the material is not as good as I would have hoped. The glue that they use on the gaskets was not that good the gaskets kept falling off the panels when you were installing them, I had to glue them back on. The top and bottom rail come with grease already on them I which they would just send the grease and allow you to apply it your self, you get the grease all over especially if you are having issues with the door installation.
