My house has a tank rental with Sandpiper Energy and I woke up without any hot water so I called the service number just after 8:30am. Spoke to someone live right away who asked a few questions to troubleshoot the issue. The customer service agent said I would hear from someone within 3-4 hours to confirm what time they could have a service technician come out to investigate. A call came 2 hours later and confirmed a 1-4pm appointment window for that day. I received another call about 30 minutes later saying they could have someone there earlier if that worked (which it did) and a technician was there around 11:30am to fix
the issue. This was my first experience needing service. Amazing service
and response!
