Poor customer service and communication
LF responded to my service request online quickly and we made an appointment for someone to come by the next afternoon. The next day I made sure to be home and available. After several hours of no one showing up I talked to someone on the phone and they asked me more details about my issues then said to get prices from other contractors then call LF back afterwards.
Eventually they did come to give me a quote, then were very pushy with the sale, including coming to my house unannounced.
Ultimately the job took a year to complete, largely because of covid which of course isn't their fault, but also largely because of extremely poor communication with me, and even within their own company.
Overall the word that was done was good, but the experience was extremely poor. I would not recommend LF Builders and will not be using them again

I think the fact that the work was done well and you were happy with it is the most important thing, Covid certainly was a factor this year for our businesss and many others. As for the salesmanship, I do apologize if our passion comes through as being to extreme :).
