LF responded to my service request online quickly and we made an appointment for someone to come by the next afternoon. The next day I made sure to be home and available. After several hours of no one showing up I talked to someone on the phone and they asked me more details about my issues then said to get prices from other contractors then call LF back afterwards.
Eventually they did come to give me a quote, then were very pushy with the sale, including coming to my house unannounced.
Ultimately the job took a year to complete, largely because of covid which of course isn't their fault, but also largely because of extremely poor communication with me, and even within their own company.
Overall the word that was done was good, but the experience was extremely poor. I would not recommend LF Builders and will not be using them again

Sam and Frank and the rest of the crew did an amazing job. The went above and beyond are expectations. Would highly recommend LF Builders to anyone and to share my experiences with them.

As long-time customers, we would highly recommend the services provided by LF Builders. Over the last few years, the excellent work that LF Builders has done for us has included installing new flooring on our main floor living area, re-building and re-pointing or chimney brickwork, rebuilding our front steps, installing new eavestrough (with gutter guard) and installing brand new vinyl siding on both our house and garage.
We've enjoyed our relationship with Sam as his knowledge of home renovations is extensive, and his crew are both efficient and precise.

LF Builders did an amazing job tearing down our entire existing eavestrough and replacing it with all new eavestrough. The work done looks excellent and very well thought out to make the system drain more efficiently.

LF Builders originally refinished my front patio and walk way. I absolutely love the look and the workers were very polite and hard working. The recent work is 2 concrete gardens, one with soil, one with beach pebbles. Great work!

LF Builders has done a lot of work for various neighbours on our street so hiring this team was an easy decision. Frank and his team did a wonderful job on our side walkway and wall parging this spring. They took care of all our concerns. Just today, we've hired them again to redo our back patio. We know they'll do quality work for a decent price. Already recommended them to others and will happily do so again.

We hired LF Builders to demolish and remove our existing walkway and replace it with a new build out. From the initial conversation it was an easy process. They’re pricing was fair, they began the project right on time and finished as they promised. The work they did was very good. The installers Wayne and Peter worked tirelessly to get the job done, we’re very friendly and provided info all the way through the process. We’re very happy with LF Builders and would use them again

Communication initially was challenging and frustrating however, once Daniel stepped in, communication definitely improved and I was provided regular updates on start date and throughout the process.
Miguel, the foreman and the guys did a great job on my backyard patio working non stop to stay on schedule. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and left the site clean each day.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the end result.
