I just had an experience where everybody in the store were not honest to me about delivery. They delayed it to two months while I was told it will take 1 week. It was just one story after another when following up with them. I was told my dresser could not be delivered bc it was dropped by "accident". I went to the store to get my money back after hearing my dresser was damaged & looked at the invoice & it indicated "discontinued/sold out". Obviously, since he never had the dresser, he had to make up a story to get out of the situation. I confronted the sales person, he got so upset bc I said business cannot operate due to bad business ethics & dishonesty. The two associates swore at me, threatened me and kept my personal information. Yes, I will be reporting them. This just happened. Please do not do business dealings with them. They have no respect for others. They have an "F" rating under better business bureau. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from there.

Any experience from them? I found several reviews which are -ve. Now I stuck with deposit so wondering worth to proceed further? Any of your experience would be appreciated. I tried to get out of deal but seems they are not flexible enough. Dealing with them after deposit I get different story all the time. Appreciate any feedback.

While searching for Dining Tables they said that they would beat any competitors price. When we took a flyer of another retailer they said tha the brand is different and their's is better and they would give us Home Elegance with sells for for than 2000. They said it have the name and seal all over the packaging. But when we received the dining table first of all the delivery guys were too busy to bring the boxes to our apt. They just brought the mirror and asked me to bring the rest by myself. And once I opened it was not what was promised to me when I called them they said this is what was promised. :(
