Jim (estimator) is very patient, friendly and very informative regarding the process of the job the install and products purchased. Jim was flexible to my schedule with the appointments too. Twin Peaks was the most realistic and reasonable quotes (shingle options).

Max (installation lead) was easy to communicate with, he knows his stuff this is his trade and its obvious been doing this for a while. Max kept us informed throughout the installation.

Twin Peaks team came on time and ready to get at it. They wasted no time to get to work. They were organized and prepared. Plus respectful of the property.

We have a 3 bedroom detached with 3 roof levels. The job consisted of removal shingles, old vents, round stainless chimney stack and old furnace exhaust stack. Installed new sheets of plywood where needed, underlay, shingles and new steel valleys and caulked where needed.

The crew finished the job in a half day

Any renovation is going to be somewhat expensive if you want the job done right. With a roof - it's an immense responsibility because if it's not done right, a rain shower or snowstorm could damage the entire home. This company came recommended from a few people in our area so we went with them after interviewing 2 other companies - one more expensive and one less expensive - this one seemed just right. They moved ALL my plants to safety - front/back. They were very respectful, returned ALL the plants back to their places and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. In total it took a day and a half. Could not be happier with the outcome. They even sent me an email with drone pictures showing how it looks up there with the new shingles. Place looks amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Twin Peaks Roofing Company. When I discovered a leak that caused water damage in my dining room, I contacted them on a Friday. To my surprise, they promptly arrived the next day to inspect the issue and provide a quote for a new roof. Absolute professionals from start to finish. We wanted to wait a few weeks before we submitted a review. All I can say is we are very impressed with the final result. The roof looks awesome. Price for 220kmph rated was very reasonable, considering the warrantee. Team started sharp at 7am, and pulled away by 3pm. Everything was left clean around the property. We hired Max and his team to do our Roof they were very professional and knowledgeable, they were on time. They pointed things out that were not up to code. We had many questions and Max answered them all, they did an amazing job installing new roof and relocation the vets in the proper location, they fixed the flashing that the stucco was done over the flashing, which was incorrect which was done by the previous home owners contractor. Max put on a nice straight flashing which many roofers dont do. We would hire Max again to do our roof in the future, now have a piece of mind The roof is up to code and no leaks.

The guys showed at the scheduled time and got to work. All aspects of the job were completed as quoted and there were no surprises. In fact the guys repaired a few things that were not part of the quoted work and there were no additional charges. Our property was left debris free and in the same condition as it was prior to their arrival. We highly recommend Twin Peaks Roofing and thank Max, Ben, and the rest of the crew for a job well done.

In January we noticed mold built up in the attic. Some plywood was dark. Talked to a few insulation companies and one of them recommended Max from Twin Peaks. From the time we contacted Max everything went very well. Max was very patient to explain all the detail related questions we asked. In March when the weather was good Max and his team got the shingles replaced with about 40 pieces of plywood replaced. Max and his team were well organized and professional. The whole project took them one and half days. Should you consider to have your roof replaced or redone we believe you should contact Max.

From the very first call in the middle of January, Max was professional, informative, accommodating and communicative. He gave us a clear understanding of what needed to be done and was reassuring for any concerns we had.
From initial inspection to waterproofing, scheduling to completion we knew we were in good hands. Max and his team was so quick and thorough, getting the job done fast and cleaning up as if they were never there.
We were provided with fair pricing, before and after pictures as well as such great care and attention to detail for the job itself.
