Jim (estimator) is very patient, friendly and very informative regarding the process of the job the install and products purchased. Jim was flexible to my schedule with the appointments too. Twin Peaks was the most realistic and reasonable quotes (shingle options).

Max (installation lead) was easy to communicate with, he knows his stuff this is his trade and its obvious been doing this for a while. Max kept us informed throughout the installation.

Twin Peaks team came on time and ready to get at it. They wasted no time to get to work. They were organized and prepared. Plus respectful of the property.

We have a 3 bedroom detached with 3 roof levels. The job consisted of removal shingles, old vents, round stainless chimney stack and old furnace exhaust stack. Installed new sheets of plywood where needed, underlay, shingles and new steel valleys and caulked where needed.

The crew finished the job in a half day

Any renovation is going to be somewhat expensive if you want the job done right. With a roof - it's an immense responsibility because if it's not done right, a rain shower or snowstorm could damage the entire home. This company came recommended from a few people in our area so we went with them after interviewing 2 other companies - one more expensive and one less expensive - this one seemed just right. They moved ALL my plants to safety - front/back. They were very respectful, returned ALL the plants back to their places and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. In total it took a day and a half. Could not be happier with the outcome. They even sent me an email with drone pictures showing how it looks up there with the new shingles. Place looks amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
