Excellent customer service. Workmanship is first rate. Installation of doors are square and level. Doors open and close smoothly. Finishing of door trim very tight and precise. Caulking extremely neat and tidy. No motiva le air leaks. I highly recommend Crown.

Eric provided excellent services and good quality of product. The installation was good and perfect. I do recommend the company to you.

Since I ordered the product during covid 19 pandemic, I had been waiting for more than 6 months. It worth the wait. Make sure to ask the waiting time as it may take longer time than you expect.

Eric did an excellent job recommending the type of windows and door to replace our old ones. He is very resourceful and helped us with a couple of great referrals for our renovation project. Although a slight delay with the windows and door installation due to the pandemic, the process of removing the old ones and installing the new ones were done expeditiously. All completed in less than a day for 8 windows and a side door as his crew worked tirelessly once they commenced. We will certainly work with Eric for future projects.

Amazing service
They promised the service and we booked the date and then we change the specs a few weeks before the install and they did not push back and still made the requested changes and promised the date.
On the date they came and completed the full windows replacement in 2 days and their team is amazing.
I highly recommend them to anyone.
