Eric, the salesperson, is very informative, provided very professional advice. Michael, the installer was very efficient, professional. The customer service was excellent. During the installation, Eric called to check on the status of the installation and ask if I was satisfied, which was very thoughtful of him. Very amazing job!

John was very professional and easy to deal with. Even with covid delays he kept me up to date with timelines and scheduling. Once we were ready to install Michael and his helper were again very professional. They handled everything and even lay floor protection down. Once the doors were installed they cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend John and his team. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Needed a new window opening to let more light in the living room. The crew did an amazing job in listening to my request and giving advice on the window size opening. We also replaced 2 bedroom windows upstairs. Very satisfied with the service.

We have been looking to change our front door for the longest time and have asked several companies for a quote. We called Mr. Chan (the owner) for a quote and he was at our home within 20 mins of our call. The price was so much more reasonable compared to other companies so we decided to go with Mr. Chan, he was very friendly, honest and helped us answer all of our questions. We received a call for installation earlier than expected and we're very satisfied with the team and their work. Our front door now looks so chic and amazing, love it!!

Highly recommended. Fair price. I just had Crown Windows & Doors to install a porch enclosure last weekend.

I did some research before choosing Crown. When I called Crown, Eric said he would have someone to come to do a free estimate, but I haven’t heard anything back for a week...I followed up with him, and he came over immediately himself to do the estimation.

He advised me to do 2 panels at the sides of the door, instead of just installing fixed glasses. Eric explained to me fresh air could come into the porch by installing panels, otherwise, it would be very hot inside the porch. I showed him the porch enclosure done in my neighbourhood, and he explained to me what is good and bad. He is nice and patient.

Andy is the person who installed the porch enclosure for me. I highly recommend the work he did. He is very nice, thoughtful, detailed and skillful. Since I am not familiar with the work, he would answer all my questions patiently. My porch has limitation to install a regular enclosure, and I was worried about the look and if it is practical.

However, Andy would think the best way that can be done and optimize the space for me. And he ensured me that it would look great after it is done!

Also, the height of my porch is slightly off each side, he is very skillful and detailed to make sure there is no gap in between the connection. It looks very nice and is very sturdy. To be honest, I am a pretty picky person, but I do not notice any imperfection and I am satisfied with the work that Andy has done.

Andy would explain to me in detail how to operate it, and what I need to care about. He did not rush to finish the work and go. He would rather make sure he did a perfect job and make sure everything is alright. He does not only care about the look of the product, but also care about if it is practical.

So far, I am very satisfied my porch enclosure done by Crown and no regret . Highly recommended.

I called them on Monday morning and within the same day, they sent the salesperson onsite for the quote. I confirmed to them at spot with the reasonable price.
The installer did a good job which removed the old doors but also cleanup the dust. The installation completed in quick and professional way which did not interrupt my work at home.
