Anig Windows

we had to deal with moisutre issues within a year and now in year 2 the window will not close. really hoping the company will fix this issue. the window was costly and we wanted to support a local company to replace our previous window, they installed anig windows but so far we have encountered two challenges, the latest is a safety issue with our todler having access to a window that does not close

I'm extremely please with my front entrance door and the installation - Brads guys were very efficient and did a top notch job. The results are certainly evident in the pictures attached.
The door really improves the overall look of the house and the colour
is perfect.
Thanks go out to Maria for her help in sorting out the details with the order, it was a pleasure working with her on this project. The shop guys also deserve thanks from me too!

i STARTED A RENOVATION / ADDITION TO MY HOME 6 YEARS AGO. ENZO AND THE STAFF AT ANIG HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THIS PROJECT WITH A SEEMING ENDLESS VARIETY OF OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. MOST OF THESE WINDOWS AND DOORS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS AND LOOK AND OPERATE AS GOOD AS THE FIRST DAY INSTALLED. FANTASTIC PEOPLE TO WORK WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT, EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY AND VALUE.

Our overall experience with Anig Windows has been terrific ! Anig replaced all our windows and doors in Nov 2014, including the front door and a huge floor to ceiling sliding door wall. Enzo was terrific with custom design and the installers were skilled and efficient. And Helen is very good to deal with from a billing/scheduling perspective and she quickly arranged to fix a broken pane 3 years after our job was complete, great customer service !

I have been dealing with Enzo, Jerry and Maria at Anig windows for a front exterior door order placed through direct buy. I have had problems with measurements as my home construction has progressed and they have all been very helpful, patient and flexible in changing my order to meet my needs. The customer service has been outstanding...I am most thankful for that!!

Our family recently purchased a new front door with two side lights from Anig and had them install it for us as well. We are so impressed with the quality of our new fiberglass door. It looks like wood and has a wonderful locking system, with rod iron design in the side lights. Renato was so helpful and he and his partner did a great job installing it, as they were so neat and careful. He even capped a basement window that was not theirs for us. We will be getting more products from Anig windows for next year; they can be trusted to do great work and are friendly to deal with. Highly recommend them.

We were referred to Anig through direct buy. My husband and I changed all the windows and doors in our home. Enzo was very professional, helpful and he gave us great suggestions which enhanced the look of our windows. The windows came within the timeframe quoted to us. There were some minor installation problems that were immediately resolved to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the final look of our home.

Placed an order for one set of exterior double doors, one exterior door, and a bathroom window. Original order was incorrect not 2, not 3, but a total of 4 Times! Ordered over 2 mths ago only to have order arrive WRONG COLOUR! ARE YOU SERIOUS? Does anyone in that joint actually verify orders?
This has totally held up our renovation weeks now.
Would never deal with thus vendor again.

Not impressed to say the least.

Enzo & the team at ANIG were a GOD-send for our custom home build project. Anig was referred to us via DirectBuy (we are members). Enzo was extremely helpful and went above and beyond throughout our home design process and build in assisting with window and door selections, sizing and final product to use. We ended up going with Northstar Windows for our entire house due to budget (although I totally believe in their in-house product quality!). We have tons of very large windows in our home, including two massive 10' with rounded top feature windows. We were VERY happy with the service that we received and the product. Enzo even helped us deal with some of the disasters caused by our "installers" (not affiliated with Anig!) which was not his responsibility but he came to our rescue. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and dealing with Enzo for any of your window and doors needs. This will be our new family supplier for windows and doors!

The reps explained the different types of windows and the effectiveness of each one-suggessted different styles of windows for different rooms in our home as well. On time delivery-Great price-workers cleaned up after themselves-very helpful and explained everything - I did recommend this company to my mother:)
