Lorrie is a nice person and came out to look at the roof when we had complaints after the roof was completed. There were bulges where the shingles were not laying flat and shingles hanging off the roof. She had one of her roofers with her and went up to the roof to address the issues I could see from the ground (Stapling shingles down properly and cutting the over hang of shingles). Great. That it was done. This was approx. a year to two years ago. We have a 10 year warranty with Diamond for workmanship. With some high winds the last couple months, I emailed Lorrie when I noticed that some shingles that were attached to the roof were lifting up due to not being attached properly to the roof. There were a couple of email exchange about the shingles not being attached properly. She has advised me that they are not responsible if shingles are removed due to high winds. I have told her the high winds did not remove the shingles and that they are flapping with the wind. It was the workmanship that did not adhere the shingles to the roof properly. I have taken pictures of the shingles waving in the wind that have not come loose. I have not heard back since and does not seem like I will be getting anyone to come out to properly do the job or stand by their warranty for workmanship. These are defect of the roof that I can see. I'm now worried about the parts of my roof I cannot see. Please be aware of what you are getting yourself into with this company. Yes, Lorrie is a nice person, but when you need them to honour the warranty you will get next to no service.

The shingles did not come off the roof, but are not securely fastened. We had issues after the roof was completed, so we are pretty sure it is a workmanship issue here. There was a worker nicknamed or named Junior a part of the team, be it a trainee or a new worker, who did not fasten some part of the shingles on properly the first time. When we had you and another gentleman come to look at the roof after it was completed he acknowledge that it was not fasten properly and named out Junior who I'm assuming was working on that part of the roof. If you do not want to own up to your workmanship I am fine with it. I hope people on this site understand what they may have to deal with. I'm just telling people my experience and I hope it will help someone.

Lorrie is a wonderful efficient liaison to the job. She and Jeff came for the quote. Reasonable and on target. Roofers were courteous and their work was good. we just had a huge windy day that blew peoples shingles off all over the neighbourhood. but mine were solid. Its an older house and the guys were very accommodating when I asked to add a layer of plywood cover underneath to protect the older wood. It got dark on them and they returned after being paid the majority of the bill to finish a ridge vent. I would recommend them to anyone.

After interviewing many roofers, Lorrie from Diamond arrived, looked at our roof and gave us a quote. They were busy and told us we might have to wait a couple of weeks, but she kept in touch assuring us they were doing their best. Then of course it rained, but when the day came, the roofers arrived and they did a spectacular job. It turned our on some sections of the roof there were still 3 layers of old shings which they handled. Everything was explained to us. The also repair our chimney grout.
This company really put our minds at ease. They left the property clean and the roof looks great.
I have no hesitation in recommending Diamond Roofing. In fact, I did recommend Diamond Roofing to a neigbour who was having a problem with finding a roofer who could do what he needed. I told the crew, he gave them his information and he did hire them.

Lori and her staff were punctual, courteous. They knew their stuff and could explain it in layman's terms. We had first called them to create an exhaust for our new kitchen, then a repair and now a new roof. We have already made many recommendations. Thank you!

Had been neglecting our roof for years, finally the wife agreed that something had to be done. Went up and scouted it out for myself, realized i didn't know what the heck I was doing, so I found these guys on google. I was able to book an appointment very easily and get someone in that week. Not that im an expert, but the job seems top quality and they even followed up with me afterwards to go over the job done. Will definitely recommend to friends, thanks Lorrie!

Great People, I contacted a few roofing companies for a leak. Half of them wouldn't call back after making an appointment, or just wouldn't show up.

Lorrie at Diamond Roofing was great though, She sent her guys out the first day she could when the weather was good. I didn't have to chase her down, she was on top of everything, they came out and fixed the leak for the price quoted and gave me a 90 day warranty. Roofers were friendly as well.

Quick, professional, on top of things, use these guys, you won't regret it. Thanks again Lorrie.
