I had a perceived problem with a ductless AC unit...Affordable Comfort had a technician at my home the next day.....Laird spent considerable time diagnosing the problem.....a very affable knowledgeable technician who persevered with a unit that is difficult to access until we were both satisfied....
Kudos to the HR people at Affordable Comfort....their personnel are all easy with which to deal and all seem eager to engender satisfaction...Laird was a wonderful example of the best....
