I called and spoke to Igor when we noticed our drain running very slowly from the house. I called in the evening and scheduled to have him meet me the next morning at our home. Igor promptly showed up on time and gave me a thorough and honest report of our current situation.

Using the camera and other tools, I was given exact locations of all our problem areas and as a result was able to make an informed decision on how best to address them. Igor's approach was very helpful and informative, and in no way did I ever feel like I was being sold on something that didn't need to be done.
