THWD were prompt to respond to my initial email, and even sent Albina, one of their PMs over within days. Albina was lovely to work with - super professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. After taking measurements she showed me options, went over gov rebates, and finally provided some ballparks based on the options we reviewed. I decided to go with them because I had a good feeling after speaking with Albina and they were by far the best price (plus their reviews were solid). The windows were ready a month earlier than anticipated and the installation took less than 3 hours. The installation team was punctual and professional. They did such a great job and left the work area clean. I would highly recommend these guys, if youre looking for quality windows and just nice people to take your project on.
