My experience with Total Home Windows and Doors was amazing, from the initial on-site estimate all the way through to the installation.
Shortly after I initially contacted Total Home, I received a very informative email from Vitaly which provided me with a rough sight-unseen estimate and a list of 4 installations close to me.
Vitaly came on-sight to perform a more detailed estimate, and he provided so much detail that I immediately felt confidence in what he was telling me. He then invited me to visit the showroom / factory, which I did, and it was amazing to see how the windows are actually made.
On installation day, Andrii and his team were top-notch. They arrived within the time block as promised, they were all very courteous and professional. They removed 6 original windows and installed the new ones in around 3 hours. All debris was removed when the job was done.
