The work team arrived on time, were thorough in their work, respected my house, inside and out, and did the extra things that an inexperienced owner would not notice like caulking. They even repaired concrete that was deteriorated and hidden (went to Home Depot for a bag of concrete) at the patio door. Very pleased with the whole process. They are coming back to do more windows.
