We replaced all the windows in our home. Very conscientious and skilled crew. Good attention to detail and very efficient. Vitaly and Diana from the office were also a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile.

I had received quotes from many companies but none could match the price and professionalism that Alex offered. Alex was a pleasure to work with. He provided great advice and assisted me in choosing the perfect door to replace my old patio doors. The installation team were neat and tidy and did a great job installing the door. Great company with which to work, from the salesman Alex, who closed the deal with a visual of my new front door, to the installation team. My new fibreglass door looks fabulous and functions seamlessly. Even better the price was very competitive.
The installation took under 2 hours including the addition of a nest doorbell. The team even cleaned up! What more could a buyer ask!

We first met with Alex who helped us choose the right product to fit what we were looking to achieve. He was very professional and went above and beyond when creating images so we could see what the finish product would look like. We ordered a very large door (42") and Alex guided us in choosing the best colour match and wood finish. Once we had placed the order, Alex kept us informed and was alway quick to get us answers to all our questions.

After a long wait (supply chain issues) the door was installed perfectly and the installer, Borys, offered suggestions that made sure the door looked fantastic. He asked what we wanted than carefully guided us in making a better decision allowing for a exceptional end result. The door is nothing short of spectacular and the service was just as good as the door.

We had an excellent experience with Total Home Windows and Doors. Alex was the salesperson who assisted us with our door replacement. He was informative and helpful in assisting us with our purchase. He kept an open line of communication during the process, always available via text or email which was appreciated. The installation went smoothly as well with great care taken to ensure the area was cleaned up and job was completed properly. A very professional experience overall.

My experience with total home windows and doors was pleasant and I am satisfied with their service overall. Alex, the salesperson was easy to talk to and was quick to respond to my emails. Boris, the installer, did an excellent job installing and cleaning up afterwards. Only thing I wasn't happy about would be the delay with installation. Although I guess that's to be expected amidst the pandemic.

Our thanks to Total Home Windows & Doors for the procurement, delivery and installation of Energy-Star replacement vinyl windows (10 in all, including two arch windows). The new windows are looking great and are fully functional, providing greater efficiency, esthetics and home security.
