Total Hone is easy to deal with and realistic. The sales advisor, Vitaly, is knowledgeable and patient, and provided verifiable information. Installers are knowledgeable, professional and demonstrate good work ethics. In addition to being referred highly by my neighbour, they earned my trust immediately at the start of installation. The new windows have substantially reduced the sound from outside due to the solid frame and structure. I anticipate a material reduction in my heating bills and the cold air coming from my old windows.

Incredible work. We got quotes from at least 8 different companies. Eddy was by far the most patient, elaborate and honest. His attitude is top notch, just a great guy to work with.

Andrei and his team were just as good. All so positive and efficient. Whole house was done in just over 6 hours and that included 22 windows and a patio door.

Finally our front door was done later and boy, things just looks so spectacular. I cannot say how pleased we are with the work and so glad we chose this team to fulfill our needs.

This company hired professional people who cared about quality. I was impressed how fast these guys went. The job (12 windows + One Door) was replaced in one day. I knew this company from the advertising and got a quote for 5 windows at the end of May 2021. I was glad that the government launched a new rebate program called Greener home grant program. Unfortunately, I was told that only 1 of my windows were qualified for the rebate. I told customer service about my concerns and Mr. Vitaly followed up my case. He was very knowledgeable and professional, clearly explained how all windows will meet the government's criteria and upgrade the features but the price is within my budget. My husband and I were very happy with his service.
