We absolutely love our new windows and doors. We had 21 windows and 2 entrance doors installed early May 2021. We had great service from Alex and the install team. Great value for the money. We highly recommend.

Daniel our consultant was very knowledgeable and informative. Based on the info, and samples he showed us, we were confident in our decisions and are very happy with the results. The installers were friendly and very efficient. Would recommend Total to anyone.

Attentive consultation with long delay to installation (which was fine as delays due to COVID expected), however the colour of the door was different than the trim contrary to our contract. Multiple requests to fix the issue and one attempt to rectify (contractor just showed up one day unannounced and started working on it) with the colour just being changed to another unmatched colour. If you are going to use this company, make sure you're clear with them about the colour options and maybe just stick to black so you don't have the same issues as we did.

Needed double-front and back doors replaced. Called a number of companies and not only did they give me a competitive price, but Vitaly (the owner) came out personally to give us an estimate and took the time to sit down in the backyard of our home and give us feedback about what he thought would be best fit for what we were looking for. These doors are very high-quality, and the installation was done flawlessly. As the double-front doors are on a busy street, we wanted the triple lock system. This was something other companies were discouraging us from adding, however, not Vitaly - he made sure to find the proper locks for our needs. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond from start to finish. The doors have been installed for several months now, and they are stunning. We had Anatoliy (great guy) come for 2 consultations and finally ordered 2 Storm Doors and 1 front door with 2 sidelights back in the fall of 2020. Unforseeable delays with the door manufacturers meant we just had them installed in the spring. We are Very Very Happy with the results! The installers were excellent friendly guys, who worked tirelessly, executed the job and cleaned up on the way out. The doors are so beautiful and well installed.
