The work team arrived on time, were thorough in their work, respected my house, inside and out, and did the extra things that an inexperienced owner would not notice like caulking. They even repaired concrete that was deteriorated and hidden (went to Home Depot for a bag of concrete) at the patio door. Very pleased with the whole process. They are coming back to do more windows.

My husband called for an initial appointment with Eddy. Eddy was very punctual and showed us all the different windows and took his time to explain all the features and the installation process. We replaced many windows and it was done to our satisfaction. There was a very old window with stain glass that was integrated into the new window and work came out amazing! Since my property is over 100 years and I was nervous of working on this window. The end result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this window company and Eddy is the best! Total Home Windows and Doors, gave me an excellent price to replace all our windows (11) with brick to brick installation of vinyl windows and replace our garage door. The installers were excellent. They did a great job removing the old windows and replacing them. The windows and garage door look amazing. The installers cleaned up after themselves and we’re courteous and professional. The price was the best value from all the quotes we received. The windows were ordered and manufactured to our homes specifications in a few weeks. We are very satisfied with the price, the warranty and the service. I would highly recommend this company.

We had the pleasure of working with Vitaly and I can say that it was a painless process and he delivered exactly what we wanted. He was able to match the remaining windows to the windows we had installed 2 years ago (we chose not to continue working with that company). My wife is very particular about certain finishings and Vitaly made sure the doors were exactly how we wanted. As a plus, his installers were awesome. The previous company we used for our other windows was not bad, it just left us with a feeling that we weren't 100% satisfied.
