The work was completed on time in a very professional manner and the attention to detail was excellent. Ann set down with us and walked us through the whole process. She gave us information on the different door and glass designs, helped to choose the design that would go well with the look of our house and at the same time had a good privacy level. She was nice and patient (this was our first door replacement experience). She spent time with us at the showroom, showing us the door manufacturing process, various glass designs to help us to understand our best choices. The installers were efficient, friendly, knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job.
