I had Stratas build my rear addition and kitchen reno. First things first, I couldn't have dealt with a more respectable and professional business owner. There was an open line of communication whenever I had thoughts or questions about the trades or work. A+++
All of the trades were pleasant to deal with, they were on time and respectful. You truly get the quality you pay for.
I have not had the need for warranty work yet, but have had follow up calls checking up on quality and performance.
