Sos Appliance Repair

This first review is from January 2015 and for some reason did not get posted.
We have a commercial freezer here at the food bank and it is very hard to fine someone that will work on it. SOS Appliance Repair provided us with prompt service and a repair person, Mino, who was knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me the problem and explained how it might have happened. He fixed it right away and was such a pleasure to deal with.
I also have to say that right from the first phone call to the service dept. I was treated with respect. I will definitely use SOS again and highly recommend them to others.

We had a problem with our 3 door cooler ( not cooling) and I phoned SOS and was serviced the next day. They are the greatest and Mino is so easy to get along with. He fixed the problem very quickly and we were back in business. This Company is definitely Top Notch Customer Service.

called sos on friends recommendation technician arrived when they said was polite,clean (took off shoes) & knew problem immediately. Fixed washer very quickly. Not cheap but I knew the cost up front Very satisfied will use again .,

We required an emergency repair on our dryer and SOS was there within a couple of hours. We had tried a couple of companies before, and they either could not do emergency service or were unable to complete the repair in a timely manner. Not only did the repair person source the required part, he got it and repaired the machine in less than an hour. He opened up the dryer to show us the build up of lint, and explained the hazards of not emptying the filter regularly. Not only did he complete the work well, we felt he went above and beyond to ensure we would not have issues in future. Highly recommend this company.

I had my Maytag washing machine repaired by SOS their customer service was wonderful their repairman was knowledgeable and their availability was great. They came all the way out to Caledon East and did not charge anything for distance. I would absolutely recommend SOS to any one who wants excellent, honest and timely service.

I called these guys to fix my fridge and they provided a very satisfactory service. Quick response and professional repairmen! Recommended them to a friend who had his oven stop working and he was pretty happy with his experience as well. Two thumbs up!

I calls them to come and fix my dryer (whirlpool) , I book't to 2 pm, in 13:50 nice guy ring in my bell , he open the dryer and in a 10 min told me what is my problem. He was pro' and handsome!!! He replaced the parts quickly !!!
I recommend to work with SOS , they fast, pro' , and they have gorgeous tech.

Repair person came and asked me for two large bath towels so that the water would not go on the floor. Told him how I washed two rugs and backing came off and plugged the pump. He quoted me $245 and if I paid him cash he would reduce it. He unscrewed the bottom of washer, rattled the pump and did not check anything out.
It was obvious that he did not know what he was doing. Paid him his $85 fee for coming to my address and asked him to leave. Called SOS company and reported him, the lady said that she would talk to him. Will report to Better business bureau.
