I called them and Jesse came by to see our needs. He provide an estimate that we liked and gave him the job. He delivered on time and on budget. After the initial agreement he came back with colour samples for the stain. We then gave him a few dates for installation. He offered a date and time for install that matched our schedule. He showed up on time and got the job completed promptly and left our house perfectly cleaned. Very detailed conscious, highly professional. Want a good job, call them.
I have had a lot of trades in my home over the years (21), this is the first time I feel good about recommending.

I contacted Lumsden late 2013 for a quote. They were very quick to get back to me indicating that they were on vacation and would contact me once they were back. Upon return from vacation towards the start of January, they were quick to come out for a quote. Jesse came out around Jan 14th. He was really nice and helpful, but did not seem very interested in the job.He left stating that he would provide a quote for the work. It is now over a month later, and I have yet to hear back from them even after a follow up e-mail. I can't comment on their work, but I can comment on their professionalism. Over 1 month for a quote, and ignoring a follow-up isn't a good sign of things to come if I were to do business with them. I was hoping to get this project done for my daughters first birthday. When they didn't contact me, I was was fine since they only came out two weeks prior.
I definitely wanted it done before my wife had to go back to work. Now that it's been over once month since they have contacted me, we will not meet that milestone. Thank you Lumsden.

When it was time for a new kitchen, I was a little nervous I had heard horror stories and saw testimonials on T V. I was fortunate to hear of Jessee Lumsden, I have an amazing kitchen that was completed on schedule. I live in a condo, there are specific rules as to how and when you can work. Jessee obeyed all the rules, everything went smooth. Guests walk in to my Unit and say wow! what a gorgeous kitchen. Thank you Jessee
