He came to fix our furnace but he was unable to dianose the problem over a 5 hour stretch. He went out to buy parts and return. He seemed to be trying but he lacked the technical knowledge to fix my furnace. While he did not charge us for the service but it was very annoying bc it was a very cold day in Vancouver.

The work done was ok, but when it came to correct a small mistake in the routing of a cold water line that they would not come and fix it. They kept on saying they will come and come, but never did. Now our drawer hits the water line when closed and we will have to find someone else to fix it. My suggestion is to hold back enough to force guys like this to come back to fix small mistakes.
