We had bought a new TV from Best Buy and had originally arranged to have the stores Geek Squad hang the tv over the fireplace and run the wires inside the wall so they would be hidden - they were aware of the job - they can ( I think I actually paid upfront ) but they where completely incapable of even getting the TV up - so we call The Audio Guy and not only got the a perfect job but he when way beyond - while he was there he fixed my other TV and sound system that was not working !!!

When Rogers upgraded me to Ignite their new device did not feed audio to my home theatre. Rogers suggested I buy an adaptor which I did but still no audio. Then they sent a tech but after trying a few things he admitted being clueless and sheepishly left. I then made calls to tech providers and chose Vince for sounding confident and being available next day. He brought an optical cable he suspected would solve it and in 5 minutes my system was back in all its 7 channel glory. He then went through it, made a few tweaks, and now it's even easier to use. Vince is highly recommended, especially for complex systems.

We had a power failure at the house and never got back the audio in our home theatre system. Vince came next day (a Sunday!) and solved the problem. He also calibrated and fine-tuned the system and taught us a few things we didnt know about. Based on the first visit we brought him back to set up a second system in the basement. He tackled and completed that job with the same attention to detail and professionalism. Best service experience in any category weve experienced in a very long time. Highly recommended - thx Vince!

I found Vince on Google and thought I'd give him a try. He literally spent two weeks over text with me, giving me advice. When I finally jumped to set my system up, he came. Worked hard and did a great job at setting everything up. Even now, he's still responsive on messages and helping out with questions I have. Would definitely use him again

Vince was probably the best service person Ive ever encountered. He was punctual, great at communication before, during and after our session and his expertise was second to none. I cannot recommend Vince enough! Incredible service, even better person.
