The cameras were installed but would not recommend. David's attitude when installing cameras should be better towards the customer and his impulsive drilling in the walls without properly evaluating first just to save on time leaves multiple unnecessary holes where the installation took place. I've attached pics to show I'm not making this up. It seems he values his time more than asking or giving you the heads up before drilling as I would have told him it would not work. Also, there's not much I can say when he's complaining in front of you about the cables being a bit tangled or that I didn't tell him about adjusting the camera in advance when he's adding the caulking. Perhaps I should have said "Well, why didn't you have the tool with you on your side tool holder?" but there was no point to get into an argument when the job was almost done. We only asked to adjust each camera once and that one hadn't been adjusted yet so I really don't understand what the big deal was. We did our best to help with the installation and we never asked for a reduction on the cost either so if providing a paid service is an inconvenience then I'm not going to put us in that position again. It just seemed like an overall unpleasant experience so how can I recommend his service to others? I don't regret the decision of having the cameras installed by him but I'll have to look elsewhere for other cameras I need to be installed. I do still wish him all the best.
