Fecri was excellent. Very knowledgeable, reliable, responsible and friendly. We had our sectional and ottoman cleaned as our dog had urinated on it a few times...she is getting old. He also did an enzyme treatment on it to help with the smell. It smelt wonderful. It looks brand new. I would definitely use him again...hopefully not for the same couch.
