I called Fecri in to clean our living room area rug and some carpeted stairs. He was very prompt and could work around our schedule, which was appreciated. He was on time and very professional and was very knowledgeable about what to do in our case. The cost was very reasonable.
He did an amazing job cleaning the area rug and the stairs! When he left, the large area rug was mostly dry. The stairs took longer to dry but look great, too
I will call Fecri when my carpets need cleaning again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any cleaning jobs.
