Arranging the job with Home Doctor was easy because they communicated well. They found good solutions, worked quickly and left the work site clean. I'll call them again should need arise.

We had a particular problem with gutters leaking onto the driveway causing hazardous conditions in winter. The gutters with gutter guard and downpipes were replaced and subsequent rain proved the job successful. Happy to have a dry, ice-free driveway. Great job! Thanks Shaun.

We had a particular issue with channelling water from the downspout at the rear of the house. Shawn took the time to understand our concerns and to design a solution for our particular set or circumstances. We found the service provided by House Doctor to be very professional, from our initial communication with Shawn, through scheduling the work and having it carried out, to the follow up. The cost was reasonable and the crew arrived exactly when he said they would. They worked steadily to complete the work, appeared to be highly competent, had a can-do attitude, were respectful and very pleasant to deal with. Shawn also dropped by to check on the work being done and our satisfaction with it. Over all we were very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Home Doctors was great! On time, work looks terrific, and gutters are draining nicely this morning with the slushy snow/rain we're having in Toronto. Shaun was extremely patient, and truly the only contractor willing to develop solutions to our odd draining problems. Absolutely recommend them.

Shaun proved himself to be a top-notch professional. Highly knowledgeable in his business and considerate in his customer service, Shaun provided a sound solution for our insulation, siding, sofit, fascia and eaves replacement. He returned calls, kept appointments and was patient as we took our time selecting (and re-selecting!) hues. He and his crew were timely, tidy and consistent in their work. Especially appreciated the finishing touches to the project and additional support with insulating our second story exterior and front entrance ceiling. We are looking forward to a warmer winter.
