Our kitchen needed complete renovation: redesign, demolition, rebuild. Scott knew what would and wouldn't work, had great ideas when we were stuck, knew where to source special items, trades and materials. Scott worked efficiently, neatly (as possible!), and to schedule and price. Scott works effectively with the trades; they like and respect him and meet his timelines, so the job got done on time.
We were very happy to have Scott do our reno, and can recommend his work for any size job.

Several years ago, we had Scott rebuild our deck and repair our stone exterior stairs. He did a fantastic job on both projects, so we hired him to do a major main floor renovation in the fall of 2014 that involved removing a wall between our kitchen and family room, a complete replacement and remodelling of our kitchen, updating our brick fireplace, tearing up our old ceramic floors and replacing with hardwood, replacing a window and staining/painting our spiral staircase. He and his crew worked hard, usually showing up at 8:30 and finishing at 5:30. Scott is very professional and has a great deal of respect from the sub trades that worked on the specialty areas (electrical, flooring, tile, kitchen cabinet, granite, plumbing and gas fireplace trades). He was a very conscientious general contractor. Every night the work site was cleaned and organized. He provided a detailed quote and came in on budget. Overall, we couldn't be happier with Scott's attention to detail, his patience, his professionalism and, most of all, the finished product! We highly recommend Scott Noble.

We live in an older Toronto home where all the closets are fairly small. We asked Scott to enlarge the opening of the closet which allowed us access to the entire closet space behind the wall. He had to find wood to match the floor once the wall was gone, re-frame, mouldings and paint. It looks great, and is so much more functional now. We had a very young baby so it was important that dust was kept minimal. Scott did a great job - as always quality work, thoughtful, detailed and friendly. Highly recommend!

This is the third project we've had Scott help us with and we continue to be very happy with his professionalism, attention to detail, quality and value. The fence he built was exactly what we were looking for. He took care of all the locates and had it done quickly. Highly recommend!!

We had a few old wood doors that we'd taken off of their frames from our older Toronto home. They were beautiful solid wood, but were just sitting in our basement. We had the idea of using them to build a new bed frame.
We sent Scott some photos of what we were thinking and then he came to visit to talk with us and see the doors. Although it was the first time he'd done this particular type of project, we felt confident that he understood what we were thinking. He came to get the doors, and two weeks later (as he'd said) he came back and set up the whole bed in the bedroom. He was very detailed, careful, professional and thoughtful throughout the project.
We are incredibly happy with the absolutely beautiful bed he built for us. He spent time finding wood and then staining it (many times) to get the bed posts to match the doors. In order for it to work the measurements had to be just right. He has great skill, and takes great care and pride in his work.
We would absolutely recommend him to friends. We will have this bed for the rest of our lives, made from the doors of our first house.

We hired Scott to build a deck with stairs and repair a retaining wall in our back yard. He is very conscientious and customer service oriented. He did exactly what we wanted and was open to our suggestions along the way. He was a real pleasure to work with.

Three years ago we built a custom home in the style of an Adirondack home. We used natural stone and wood throughout. We hired Scott Noble to create and install a custom railing in the rustic style using reclaimed barn wood.
Scott Noble was extremely helpful in the design process, as we didn't have any real plans. His suggestions were creative and perfect for the rustic look that we wanted. He takes great care in quality workmanship and was always very professional.
The rustic railing is a feature piece in our dream home and guests always comment on it and even take pictures of it.
