We chose David after a friend recommended him to us. David was professional and extremely knowledgeable whilst conducting an inspection of a home we purchased. He was able to find the smallest flaws and after the inspection, he provided a detailed written report with verbal explanation and recommendations. I am overly impressed with the quality of service and would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
