I did my research and went with Tricity Windows and Doors because I read good reviews & I felt there were no hidden costs. From receiving the quote, to delivering on-time during a pandemic and using PPE protection. Dealing with Geoff who quoted the job and also receiving calls from Isabella the owner to assist with order & confirm delivery. The installers were polite and professional... The windows are top quality and all around great service. Thank you Tricity Windows and Doors for making this upgrade a smooth, efficient and a good experience. I will use them again!!!

I was a bit particular in choosing a company that would be sympathetic to my needs to do the project and stay true to the character of my 110 yr old home. Isabella helped us choose a door that fit in perfect and the install and exterior details worked out great. Would not hesitate to use Tricity again.
