Recently, I moved from Brampton to Kitchener. I Got quote from 6-7 moving companies. Their representative Elizabeth gave a call around 8.30pm as a followup. I knew from past experience if somebody calls you around at 8.30pm, then that person really means business. She offered the most competitive rates & service. And as promised by her, it was really a exceptional service which I received. Will allot 10/10 for the quality of service they provided.

Recently moved into the city to study at university of Toronto. I put out a lead out because I wanted to move my apartment across the country. I received many offers, and some were even lower. The sales agent, Ryan was quite frank and open in telling me about the charges that may apply and how companies do not include these amounts in the price. He reminded me that, I will incur some of these charges as well. His straight forwardness I found very pleasant. In terms of how, there might be a couple days delay (which there was not), the extra fees I may have to pay for having stairs. Although, there was stair charges associated with my move, I am quite pleased for this stress free move.

I moved some belongings from a storage unit in Burlington, ON to my parents’ home in Victoria. BlueStar VanLines was courteous enough to schedule a pickup from the storage facility with the management there without me going through the stress of organizing everything. The movers on the other end were generous enough to acknowledge that my mother is a senior, and deduct an additional 5% as a senior discount.

Highly recommended to me by a co-worker, did not disappoint. Respective rates, service, and the knowledgable dispatch service did not disappoint. I required A couple different pickups from Winnipeg and Brandon; both pickups were able to be performed on the same day without trouble.

It was a short notice move, we needed a company to do a pickup in Edmonton, AB on a Sunday. They were able to accommodate the case and delivered our goods eight days later. We had access to a Dispatch personnel, where we could track our goods across country to North York, ON; which was a plus on our side. This system helped us plan our accommodation accordingly.
