We purchased a dinning room light, after our electrician installed it we noticed one of the arms on the light was bent. After calling and emailing the store several times before anyone returned our call they told us they would need to speak with the manufacture. Several weeks later, we followed up again and were told that their was nothing that could be done for us, we we advised to bend the arm on the light back. We offered for anyone from the store to come to our home to try this fix. No return email was reviewed. Very disappointed as we wanted to support our local business. Hard to believe a business can survive with this level of customer service. It was hard to raise this issue up the ladder as our sales person was the manager.
