Laura,
First and foremost I must point out it was your step son who worked for us that did the work on your property. I find it interesting that you would leave that part out.
Secondly, your cement was badly damaged before we started the work (we have photos) and after reviewing this very poor and pretty much untruthful review I spoke with your step son about these comments.
He stated to me:
"I told her before we did the work that it would give her cement a wet look but NOT fix the cement color issues she has and she was fine with that".
This is directly from your step son Laura.
Now, you are asking us to fix damage (actual cement dye damages) that were there before we sealed and NOT as a result of us. I am sorry but I am confident anyone will see you are being unreasonable and unrealistic.
When it comes to cement our job is to waterproof. Not change the color of the dye or fix dye color issues. If you have a "crappy job" that is because you have "crappy cement".
As for the grass, over spray did not kill the grass. Our product does not harm grass. Yellowing of grass if from over watering caused from the power washing. There is no way around this because in order to wash cement you need to use water. Don't water your grass in those areas and the grass will turn green again I promise.
In regards to your confirmation my official position is we will NOT repair damages that we did not cause and I certainly hope you do not make an attempt to defame or cause financial burden on any other contractors that do work for you by trying to blame them for damages that were previously present.
