Pretty simple I called Monday and Michael arrived the same day he recommended that I upgrade the disposal that I purchased and he returned the next day installed it and re routed some pipes. The work was timely , clean and as promised. I recommended them to a colleague and he was overwhelmed with the service. Hard to find any trades to get your house but when you get one who will show up the same day and complete as promised what more could I ask for?

Well i should have used Homestars to check these highway robbers.......I was given a $280 plus parts which they had no cost for .....I had the unit repaired for $150 for a cleaning and that is all that was required . My bad for not checking but their bad because if they were honest and told me it would had been an extra $100 to get it working plus the initial fee they would had made more money I thank you for your attempt but you got the minimum from me
Well let's talk about honesty and true workmanship. I was quoted by another "guy" that i needed to spend $300 plus parts as i needed a new circuit board. The tech showed up on time and explained what could be the issue he provided options and I agreed. His work was clean and he was very honest and we needed to get lucky and we did . I called Tip Top for a crushed downpipe that we had from our flat roof . They showed up as promised and left a quote that i approved and they returned on the next day as promised and all is good with my roof and they even reccomended a great roofer that I used ! Thanks
I come from the service industry and the excellent Steve provided should be an example to all of the service industry to follow. Fair, Honest and extremely reliable is the best way I could describe the way we were treated. I wish I gave Steve cards so he could use me as a reference
