Needed urgent work done on our residential locks close to Xmas eve! Locksmith Pros came within an hour and did the job at their regular rate. Reasonable, knowledgable, friendly and quick.

Locksmith pros helped me choose and installed a great lock for the door to my office. Philip was very helpful from the first point of contact.
Several weeks after installation I had a challenge with my door, told them about it, it had nothing to do with the installation on their part, however Yanni was at my business doorstep within an hour to fix the issue. They went the extra mile and I would highly recommend them.

Yaniv came straight away even during a snowstorm and gained entry quickly. Although the actualy cost was a bit more than quoted, it was still worth it.

A very tricky job in a church which meant we had to keep wires and drilling tons minimum. Our music school students needed entry during specific hours without interfering with the lessons.

Installed the universal accessible electric locking system for both washroom and front entrance door at the store for us. Very reliable service indeed, really happy with the service. Highly recommended.

This being holiday season, they could've charged a premium but they didn't. I called them late in the day and they could've charged more but they didn't.

Job was done well without damaging original lock. Though he arrived in a vehicle not bearing the company name/logo, Amit was well dressed and was professional throughout.

Here's my timeline:
6.30pm - Posted request on Homestars
6.41pm - Locksmith Pros call me saying they will send someone.
6.45pm - Amit calls me confirming he is from Locksmith Pros and can arrive in about half an hour.
7.20pm - Amit arrives, unlocks my door in 5mins.
7.35pm - Paid and happy

A nightmare solved in under an hour, no cash grabs even though it's holiday season. Flat rate even though it was late in the day. What more could I ask for?!

The service was incredibly timely, professional and friendly. Could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend them.
