Good work on the roof but cleanup was not to our satisfaction. Fortunately, Michael followed up after payment and came back to do a more through cleanup. Most contractors would not have returned so this was much appreciated.
Not Impressed
Not impressed at all!!. After Michael sold us the quality of work he did as well how clean they were, I agreed to pay him $300 more than another quote I had. After the job was done, our property was a mess. Our driveway interlocking had been scratched up and stained in multiple places, our front yard destroyed since they put no protection down and one of the workers left remains of his food all over our property for good measure. There was zero explanation of work done, just request for payment. After paying in full, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the mess and Michael promised to come back and clean up the stains. Its been two weeks now and he has not returned or called. Buyer beware.
