This is the second time we've used Manos for work around our house and he did a great job. An exterior painting job required extensive wood restoration which was handled quickly and efficiently. Both interior and exterior painting was very clean and well done. The team was polite, hardworking and friendly. Price was very reasonable and work is outstanding. I highly recommend Manos for work in your home.

We had a bunch of small issues with the exterior of our house, including painting the 2nd and 3rd floor siding, repairing, soffit and fascia, and a small roofing job. Manos' work more than met expectations. He was a pleasure to work with. Very punctual, which is unusual for most tradespeople, and called every day to let us know his schedule. The jobs were completed on time and at the price he estimated. Manos takes pride in his work and it shows. In addition, he pointed out (with pictures) that front of our roof needed re-shingling. This information was provided for our information and in no sense did it feel like up-selling. We have already recommended him to several people on the street as well as friends and family.

Very pleased with Manos! He came in to check on why my ceiling had water damage and discovered that my original contractors hadn't properly installed and vented our bathroom ceiling fans so moisture was collecting in the roof. He was quick to provide a quote; we agreed and found a start date; and that was it! He was in an out in a day and our bathroom fans work wonderfully. I'll call on Manos and team the next time I have a project or repair job :)
Very reliable; I know he did a good job as he takes pride in a job done well. He provided photos of the finished work in the attic and on the roof. Definitely recommend :)

Manos was great! He arrived on time, had all the tools needed, and was friendly and professional. He really cleaned up my hallway with the installation of shelves, coat racks, a ladder, and, of course, the bike racks. It made my hallway less cluttered and more walkable. He was a team player taking my wants into consideration and was cooperative with me helping when needed.

Manny did a fantastic job installing potlights in my kitchen. He is professional and courteous. I am very happy with the job he did and will be hiring him for many future jobs.

I called over a dozen companies looking to get a custom chimney cap and Manos responded promptly and with a lot of knowledge and availability to do the job asap. Will be using him in the future for all kind of jobs, very glad we found him!

Emanoel provided a quote and then the following week came and did the work. It was done as he said it would be and he kept me posted when there was a hiccup with getting the material. He was able to rectify that quickly and then complete the job. My gable is 3.5 stories up and they built scaffolding to reach it. Very pleased with the work and the response.
