Thermal X-Ray Home Inspections

A husband and wife team, who I believe are the owners, used thermal imaging to look into the walls to detect any discrepencies which might indicate rodents, leaks, poor insulation and more. The home I was purchasing was in very good shape and I had little reason to believe there were any latent issues, and therefor unsure whether or not to bother with an inspection at all. It was well worth the money for the peace of mind. They were extrememly thorough and professional and provided me full documenation of their inspection. They told me the good and the bad, and even discovered water damage that was not visible to the eye. My brother recommended their services after he used them as he was equally impressed. I would definately use them again and recommend them to anyone.
