Bath Revival

Steve tore out an old shower liner in our ensuite and tiled snd installed a new shower with stone floor. In our main bathroom he removed the tub and tile and redid that also. We then asked him to consider doing 2 closets and he built bulkheads and fittings and installed sliding doors. He uses the Schluter system for the bath/ shower enclosures - highly recommended. All we had to do was choose our tiles, fixtures and the closet doors, he did the rest. He is punctual, personable and meticulous. The work is beautiful and we are very pleased and would gladly hire him again. Thank you Steve!

Steve installed acrylic walls over the tiles in our shower stall and put in new fixtures.

Steve has been fantastic to work with. He explained what was to be done and stayed with the plan. We were informed of progress throughout the work period. His follow up service has been stellar (pun intended). Neat clean and efficient. He was at our job site everyday of the reconstruction. Not like some other contractors who rip out your walls and come back two weeks later. I and my wife have already recommended his services to our friends and she just recommended him to a technician that she had dealings with today.

After researching several contractors, we found Bath Revival on HomeStars and contacted Steve for a consultation and quote. Our initial impression was that he immediately grasped our vision for the renovation and he provided positive input for things we hadn't considered. He was pleasant and professional and we were immediately at ease with him. Our renovation required all the existing drywall and ceiling to be removed down to the the bare bones. The tub was removed and a walk in shower was part of our plan. There was some plumbing, drywall and electrical modifications and Steve subbed out where required, but Steve and his assistant performed the majority of the work. We went for tiles from floor to ceiling both in and out of the shower. They did a fantastic job with the tiling, all square , even, etc. We added some extras as the job progressed, including a heated floor which we were not originally intending to include. We are glad we did as it really is a nice touch. Steve started when committed to and finished on time, always arriving early and putting in a full days work. All clean up and finishing was done to a high standard. We are very pleased with the final product and would not hesitate to utilize Bath Revival on future projects or recommend them. We hired Steve last summer to do our main bathroom last summer. He not only did an excellent job, but recommended a fantastic local supplier for the tiles - Ritson Tile, Oshawa.

We had a longer tile for the floor and an uneven surface to begin with (1976 house) and he was able to correct the issue and worked the tile to the exact look we were going for. His team also finished the drywall and painted the wall, ceiling.

Steve installed the Halo door for us at the end as well.
A couple of our friends/neighbours had him do their baths as well based on his job at our place.

I asked Steve from Bathroom Revival to come and quote a complete master bathroom gut and rebuild. Steve showed me pictures of his work, we discussed layout, we discussed the materials he would use( Schluter...The Best!), timeline, approx. cost, work hours.

Two days later a very detailed and competitive quote arrived by email. Nothing was left out of the quote and all the details I asked about were part of the quote. From that point onward we discussed a start date.

Steve started the work on time, finished in the timeline given, and finished on budget. He starts early, puts in a full day of work, and his work is METICULOUS - he treats the job likes its his own home. Nothing but pride and the best is reflected in his work.

Steve works with fantastic subs when needed (electrical, drywall), and you can absolutely trust any of them in your home. It would be hard to find a more personable and trustworthy individual to do work in your home.

We had an excellent experience with Steve and his service from the start. His easy going, courteous manner, and great communication skills were refreshing to deal with. He listened to our needs, laid out our options, including pricing, and put as much control into our hands as possible. He came through on everything that was promised, and did little extras at no additional cost. His work was clean, efficient, and of excellent quality. He took care to ensure we were inconvenienced as little as possible, both when he was there working, and when he was not there (through his clean up at the end of each day). He took the time to communicate with us daily on things we might need to know and decisions we would need to make. His work, and the work of the subcontractors he brought in and oversaw, was exceptional. His pricing was value laden. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will not hesitate to use him for our future renovation projects.
