Our home was in need of a renovation badly and we didn't know where to start or how to be sure we could find the right person to make our dream home a reality. Matt and his team helped us through every step from design to move in. We never had to worry about timelines or budget as Matt kept us updated at all times and was fully transparent when something needed to be addressed or amended. It was always our choice. Did an addition and kitchen renovation through spectrum design and build. Matt was very knowledgeable, and addressed all our concerns . My wife is very OCD and picky on who she works with. And Matt and his team were able to make her and I feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole process

Mat is a great General Contractor. Our project was mainly on time and budget considering the supply chain restraints we had during the pandemic. We did have to make some decisions on the fly as some materials were no longer available. Mat was quick to act and made sure thing went as smoothly as possibly. We did go over our projected timeline, however we did not go over budget.

I would definitely recommend Spectrum Design & Build.

Mat B has a great eye for design and guided us to some great aesthetic choices. His employees (Cesar and Hasani) were very respectful of our home and of our neighbours.

2021-2022 were very difficult years and while things like timelines were missed it's not always the contractor's fault. I'd recommend having a regularly scheduled (weekly) catch up in order to strengthen client communications, especially when conditions are difficult.

I admire Mat for sticking with a challenging project in challenging times. Some things could have gone better, a lot of things could have gone worse, but he didn't abandon the project where many contractors might have.

Mat was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Construction went seamless & on schedule despite the current market conditions. Would recommend to anyone for any size job.

Had Spectrum redo my entire main floor from top to bottom.. floors, ceilings, lighting, completely new kitchen, etc.. Start to finish they were so easy to work with , came in under budget and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Highly recommend !!!
