Julie and her crew came and I stalked all of our windows in. A day. They were professional and personable and did an amazing job. I cant say enough about them abd will be using them lots more.

Julie and her team were amazing they turned our old unfinished basement to a great living space for my family. She worked with us and addressed any concerns right away with great solutions that enhanced the project! The use of space was perfect in some cases it seems like the walls were pushed to fit all the rooms.

Julie was the only one to come in with a fresh idea and think outside the box when it came to remodelling our kitchen. Our space and budget was limited, yet she found a way to give us everything we needed and more. She is professional, patient, accommodating and her attention to detail and design is excellent. We can be pretty particular people. Julie handled all of our questions, concerns, last minute changes and additions with grace and ease. She is truly a pleasure to work with. We are beyond pleased with the final product.

Julie had completed a Sunroom up the street. We were very impressed with the results so had a quote on removing the builders grade deck and building a new deck off our living room. Julie gave us options on materials, had penciled drawings of the project. Her team arrived on schedule around 8:30. We were very impressed with how the project moved forward, how they adapted to minor changes and retained their commitment to quality. We were so pleased with Julies work we currently have her working on our master bathroom. Two other neighbours have met with Julie about work at their place.
Julie just replaced our acrylic one piece shower expanding the size, Mr Marble on the wall, sliding glass doors, and nee faucets, hand held. So pleased.

We are just thrilled to have found Julie! She did our fence for us and it was easy to see from that job how much she values quality and has an incredible amount of attention to detail. Julie was a great partner when we weren't certain exactly what we were looking for. She gave us ideas but let us make our own choices and now we have a fence that all our neighbours are jealous of! Looking forward to working with her again soon on other projects.

Having already had a bad experience with a previous contractor I decided to try Home Stars to find someone who came well reviewed. Frames Building Renovations was one of four contractors I had contacted from Home Stars to give me a quote. I received a call from Julie later that night and she was there the next day to give me an estimate. Julie was the last in line of contractors to give me a quote that day and I had almost cancelled because I thought I had already found the next contractor to hire. I am so happy I didn’t make that call. From the first meeting with Julie I was immediately set at ease. She took her time to walk through everything with me and make suggestions that I had never thought of but made all the difference. While other contractors were in and out quickly enough and had provided their estimate, Julie actually sat down with me at the end of her walk through to go through design ideas while making recommendations and taking the time to go over any questions I had. This was hugely appreciated as I had never undertaken a renovation of this size before. We were working on a specific time line and Julie and her team never failed to deliver. Her team was always on time and communication was never an issue. We had our basement family room renovated - new flooring, window framing, painting, drywall ceiling with pot lighting Added and drywall done. We also had the main floor of our bungalow painted, a subway tile backsplash added to our kitchen, new flooring on our stairs to the basement and new drywall and ceiling done to our laundry area, not to mention all the Other odds and ends we requested to be completed in our older home. Julie never failed to deliver, she and her team have the experience to complete any request. Julie was not the cheapest quote I received nor was it the most expensive and I feel like it was worth every penny. I appreciated all the attention to detail and I felt like I was leaving our project in very capable and trustworthy hands. I would definitely recommend Julie and her team to family and friends and I hope to work again with her in the future.

Met with Julie Frame (Frame's Builing Renovations) for a quote to close in 2 sides of my covered porch. Julie was very knowledgeable & had excellent ideas. Her crew showed up right on time & within a short time the walls were up, windows & door framed & new windows & door ordered. Meanwhile they installed a stone & siding outside covering that is gorgeous. Inside the walls were painted, trim was installed, a floor was put down, fireplace built & installed with some excellent ideas. All
work was completed in a timely fashion & Julie did an outstanding job.
Julie & her crew more than met my expectations in an efficient & timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Last year, Julie and her team did a great job on the fence. When we then asked for a gate...DISASTER!
So disappointed and even though Julie too was appalled by the gate we were given and said she’d be back to rebuild it...no show, wouldn’t return calls or emails.
Paid in advance... BIG MISTAKE!

Our fence was completed in a timely matter and it looks great! Just how we pictured it! The guys installing the fence were great and Julie was very helpful! Highly recommended!!
