Our neighbour arranged to have HTS come to trim a tree between our properties for the winter. The team did a good job trimming the tree and we would have loved to rate this company higher, but they neglected to collect all their garbage before leaving our property, moved a glass table that was on our deck (without moving it back) and broke a piece of our gate in the process of moving our table.

We understand that they moved the table to get it out of the way, but expect that if something is moved, it will be returned to its proper place after the work is completed. After contacting the owner, they did offer to come back to pick up their garbage and move our table, but at this point, it's too late.
