I wish firstly and foremost to thank Alina, sales rep. for making this project smooth sailing from beginning to end. It was great pleasure dealing with her. No doubt, she is knowledgeable, professional but more importantly kind and truly cares and understands your needs.
Also, special thanks to installers Vitaly and Mingis who arrived on time and worked efficiently to accomplish the task at hand, right down to the impeccable clean up once job completed.
I am pleased with my new windows and hope they will serve me well for years to come.
I would not hesitate to use Optima again and would highly recommend them.
