Heptagon Renovations

After Doru of Heptagon completed the renovation of my old mid-town condo (which turned out beautifully), I asked him to please help me with some upgrades to my small downtown office suite. Doru demolished the wall to a small office and installed glass sliding doors which turned that office into a small conference room. He also built and installed new customized white desks in 2 different offices in order for my team to utilize as much desk space as possible as well as in the newly-created small conference room.

Doru also put together and installed Ikea cube shelving throughout our office unit, customized wall shelving in a few offices and was also kind enough to install under-desk keyboard trays, coat racks in each office and cable organizers for each desk.

As I saw the rest of our office getting updated in clean white, I asked Doru if there was something that he could do to my old brown and very heavy wooden traditional L-shaped desk (which I have used, for sentimental reasons, for almost 20 years). I did not want to get rid of it and simply replace it with a new modern one. Doru examined my desk carefully, told me he could do it and then came into my office on Sunday to work on it. When I showed up for work on Monday, I had a totally “new”, white laminated desk which looks so different from my old brown one. Totally gorgeous!

Doru is coming back to my office later this week to demolish a half wall separating the reception from the open desk area (which will really open up the space), put together and assemble an Ikea credenza and a pull-down table in the kitchen.

Doru has done an incredible job in refreshing and totally changing the look of our tired-looking cluttered office suite and making it look brand new and fresh (even though we have been in the same office suite for 10 years). He kept assuring me that there was nothing that was too small for him to take on and handle. All he wanted was for our office suite to look great. For that, I am extremely grateful. My staff is very happy with the transformation and so am I. Thank you so much, Doru! You have convinced me that there is nothing that you cannot do.
